Reflector

The 3M 290 plastic reflective road stud. Not far from my house is a big pile of these in a median, like an ancient elephant graveyard of reflectors. The glue they use to stick these down is pretty stout stuff but they still pop off from time to time, and the broken ones are (eventually) chipped off and replaced. Definitely on the upper end, size-wise, of what is considered proper parking lot junk.

Wire connectors

Found in the parking lot of a major retail chain. When I see things like this I imagine someone, maybe in the middle of the night, trying desperately to fix their car just to make it home. Making a repair in a busy parking lot is not fun. Or maybe it was just someone who wanted to hear some tunes on their road trip hooking up a CD player. Or tape deck. Or 8-track. Who knows how long this has been laying around, after all.
